Situated on a sloped site overlooking the Mediterranean, this resort includes 289 one, two, and three bedroom units. Most units have a water view overlooking lush landscaped gardens and pools. The project was built in phases with a total of 11 buildings. Amenities include an indoor/outdoor pool, health club, and restaurant. NCG was involved in the programming and schematic design of the project.
