The Concession

NCG Architects is designing the gatehouse and sales center, comfort stations, sports and fitness club and the golf clubhouse for The Concession, an upscale private golf community in Sarasota, Florida. The design of the golf clubhouse pays tribute to both the tradition of the game of golf and the beauty of "Old Florida." The Palladian styled clubhouse has over 30,000 sf on the main level and marries the best of traditional design with the open spaces and conveniences of today.
