Belfair Plantation

The clubhouse at Belfair Plantation is sited with a magnificent view of the marshes of Colleton River overlooking the 18th hole of the Tom Fazio designed golf course. This project includes a gatehouse, an activities center, a golf learning center and fourteen golf cottages that surround the clubhouse.
